The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. We were told from the get go how to contact Mikey or Yuri out of hours if we needed something, and we met both housekeepers who were very kind and accommodating. Nice little touches were umbrellas outside our room (which we needed because it rained two days), storing our bags for us on the day of departure, water and snacks in the room, fresh towels daily and complimentary slippers and eye masks. We got lucky because we were able to choose our room with two being vacant, we chose the one with the balcony overlooking orange trees in the courtyard. The shower had hot water and was powerful. The air conditioning/heater worked well. The room was modern and decorated well. There was a mini fridge which kept our wine cool and a very nice coffee machine. I would highly recommend this property to anybody visiting Rome. I doubt you will find anything better for the price. The locatio is right next to Termini and near all the cheap souvenir shops too!

This guesthouse was a very good choice since it is a short walk from Termini St. where most buses arrive and depart incl. metro, airport busses and airport train, also close to St. Maria Maggiore. More than ever location nowadays is important in Rome due to the vast number of construction/ renovation works all over central Rome making traffic slow although easy with google maps journey planning. My room was in an old building on the 4th floor serviced by an old elevator. However, the room looked newly renovated. It was comfortable, spacious and very well equipped with fridge, coffee machine, relax chairs and a nice bathroom. The first days I struggled with a few things, e.g. the three keys, the elevator door, but the staff solved all issues for me. The coffee machine took me time to manage – it only functions with precise sequence of steps! The staff was warm and welcoming, easy check-in, and during my whole stay eager to make sure that all was working well for me.

Loved the location, it was just a stones throw from the train station. We found we could walk everywhere from the hotel and did not need to pay for Taxis. I felt the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and we had a view of the street from the window in our room, this was an added bonus. The staff where very accommodating and gave us advice on some of the best places to visit , eat or drink. They gave us a map and marked the areas out clearly on it to make it easier for us to get around. The cleaning team where great, room was cleaned every day, fresh bed covers and towels each day when we returned from our tours.

The room was very nicely set up with everything that you would need. They are waiting for their guests, with water after a long trip,a bottle of proseco to celebrate your safe trip.Morning coffee and some snacks.Bathroom just as nicely set up and providing everything that you need.Iron board, hangers, extra blanket, ect. Location it was perfect for us.We wanted to be close because our next phase was happening from Termini.Subway close by and on foot everything within reach,I would say. If you want to be home, from home, choose Casa di Amy.We left ,becoming friends and I,definetly will choose them when I am in Rome next time.

Mikey was very friendly at reception. Check-in was fairly fuss-free and the accommodation was very easy to get to from Roma Termini station. Although we were recommended not to get the public transport, we did anyway just so that we can stay out of the scorching summer sun and spend more time at our intended attractions rather than simply meandering. Room came equipped with two small bottled of prosecco, coffee machine and capsules, a kitchenette and some snacks - greatly appreciated! The general apartment building was quite charming on the inside too.
